1. Eligibility for Refund

Refunds are available under the following circumstances:

  • The product received is defective, damaged, or incorrect
  • The product does not match the description on our website
  • The product is returned within the specified return period (as per our Returns & Exchange Policy)
  • The product is unused, unwashed, unaltered, and in original condition with all tags intact

2. Non-Refundable Items

The following items are not eligible for refund:

  • Custom-made or personalized orders
  • Sale or discounted products (unless defective)
  • Products damaged due to misuse, wear, or improper care
  • Products returned after the specified return period
  • Products without original tags, packaging, or accessories
  • Products that have been washed, altered, or worn

3. Refund Process

Step 1: Initiate Return

Contact us via email or phone to initiate the return process. Please provide your order number and reason for return.

Step 2: Quality Inspection

Once we receive the returned product, our team will conduct a quality inspection (1–2 business days) to verify the condition and eligibility for refund.

Step 3: Refund Approval

If the product meets our refund criteria, we will approve the refund and process it to your original payment method.

Step 4: Refund Processing

Refunds are typically processed within 5–7 business days after approval. The time taken for the refund to reflect in your account depends on your bank or payment provider.

4. Refund Method

Refunds will be processed using the same payment method used for the original purchase:

  • Credit/Debit Cards: Refund will be credited to the same card (5–7 business days)
  • UPI/Wallet: Refund will be processed to the same UPI ID or wallet (3–5 business days)
  • Net Banking: Refund will be credited to the same bank account (5–7 business days)

Note: If the original payment method is no longer available, please contact us, and we will arrange an alternative refund method.

5. Refund Amount

The refund amount will include:

  • Full product price paid at the time of purchase
  • Original shipping charges (if applicable and product is defective/incorrect)

The refund amount will NOT include:

  • Return shipping charges (customer is responsible for return shipping costs)
  • Any discounts or promotional offers applied to the original order

6. Partial Refunds

In cases where only part of an order is returned, we will process a partial refund for the returned items only. The refund will be calculated based on the individual item prices and applicable shipping charges.

7. Cancellation and Refund

If you wish to cancel an order:

  • Before Shipment: Full refund will be processed immediately (1–2 business days)
  • After Shipment: You can return the product as per our Returns & Exchange Policy, and refund will be processed after we receive and inspect the product

If you are not satisfied with the refund decision or have any concerns, please contact our customer support team. We will review your case and work towards a fair resolution. All disputes will be handled in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.
