Refund Policy

At Navyatha Fashions, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase. This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions under which refunds are processed. Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. Eligibility for Refund

Refunds are available under the following circumstances:

  • The product received is defective or damaged
  • The product is reported within 12-24 hours of delivery with video proof of unpacking
  • The product is returned within the specified return period (as per our Returns & Exchange Policy)
  • The product is unused, unwashed, unaltered, non-perfumed and in original condition with all tags intact

2. Non-Refundable Items

The following items are not eligible for refund:

  • Custom-made or personalized orders
  • Sale or discounted products
  • Products damaged due to misuse, wear, or improper care
  • Products returned without original video proof of unpacking
  • Products without original tags, packaging, or accessories
  • Products that have been washed, altered, worn or perfumed

3. Refund Process

Step 1: Unpacking Video

Take a video while unpacking the product to document any damage or defects before delivery.

Step 2: Report Damage

Report the issue immediately within 12-24 hours with the video proof. We will guide you through the return process.

Step 3: Quality Inspection

Once we receive the returned product, our team will conduct a quality inspection within 2 business days to verify the condition and eligibility.

Step 4: Refund Processing

After approval, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7 business days.

4. Refund Method

Refunds will be processed using the same payment method used for the original purchase:

  • Credit/Debit Cards: Refund will be credited to the same card (5–7 business days)
  • UPI/Wallet: Refund will be processed to the same UPI ID or wallet (3–5 business days)
  • Net Banking: Refund will be credited to the same bank account (5–7 business days)

Note: If the original payment method is no longer available, please contact us, and we will arrange an alternative refund method.

5. Refund Amount

The refund amount will include:

  • Full product price paid at the time of purchase
  • Original shipping charges (if applicable and product is defective/incorrect)

The refund amount will NOT include:

  • Return shipping charges (customer is responsible for return shipping costs)
  • Any discounts or promotional offers applied to the original order

6. Partial Refunds

In cases where only part of an order is returned, we will process a partial refund for the returned items only. The refund will be calculated based on the individual item prices and applicable shipping charges.

7. Cancellation and Refund

If you wish to cancel an order:

  • Before Shipment: Full refund will be processed immediately (1–2 business days)
  • After Shipment: You can return the product as per our Returns & Exchange Policy, and refund will be processed after we receive and inspect the product

8. Dispute Resolution

If you are not satisfied with the refund decision or have any concerns, please contact our customer support team. We will review your case and work towards a fair resolution. All disputes will be handled in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.

We reserve the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Continued use of our website after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
