Returns and Exchange Policy

At Navyatha Fashions, we ensure high-quality products and customer satisfaction. Please read our Return and Exchange rules carefully.

1. Return Policy

• Returns are accepted only if the item is unused, unwashed, unaltered, and in original condition with tags intact.
• The customer must ship the product back to us at their own cost.
• Once we receive the returned product, it will undergo a quality inspection (1–2 business days).
• After approval, the refund will be processed to your original payment method.
• Refunds may take 5–7 business days to reflect depending on your bank.

2. Exchange Policy

• Exchanges are accepted for size or product defects only.
• The customer must ship the product back to us at their own cost.
• After we receive the product, it will be examined for eligibility.
• Once approved, the replacement product will be shipped within 10 days of receiving the returned item.
• If the replacement product is unavailable, we may offer store credit or an alternative.

3. Conditions for Return/Exchange Approval

Returned/exchanged items must meet the following:

• Tags and packaging intact
• No stains, perfume, or wear marks
• No alterations

4. Wrong or Damaged Product Received

If you receive a defective or incorrect item:

• Email us within 24–48 hours of delivery with photos.
• We will guide you through the replacement process.
