Returns and Exchange Policy

At Navyatha Fashions, we ensure high-quality products and customer satisfaction. Please read our Return and Exchange rules carefully.
AReturn Policy(Applicable in case of damaged/defective products)
- Please check the product while unpacking and take a video of the same.
- Please report immediately within 12-24 hours along with the video proof.
- We will guide you through the return process.
- Customer may also seek a product in lieu of refund.
Please note:Returns are accepted (post the acceptance of proof of damage before delivery) only if the item is unused, unwashed, unaltered, non-perfumed and in original condition with tags intact.
Once we receive the returned product, it will undergo a quality inspection within two days and the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7 business days.
BExchange Policy(Acceptable in case of size mismatch or wrong product)
Returned product for exchange must meet the following:
- Tags and packaging intact
- No stains, perfume, or wear marks
- No alterations, no damages
After we receive the product, we will carry the quality inspection within two days and once found eligible, the replacement product will be shipped within 10 days of receiving the returned item.
Items Not Eligible for Exchange:
- Custom-made orders
- Sale/discounted products
- Misuse damages
Please contact us for the exchange product within 24-48 hours of the delivery. We will guide you through the process.
