  • Express Shipping: Available for select locations (additional charges may apply)
  • All shipments are trackable, and you will receive tracking information via email and SMS

3. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are calculated based on:

  • Delivery location (pincode)
  • Total weight of the order
  • Payment method (COD or Prepaid)

Note: Shipping charges are displayed at checkout before payment. The final shipping cost is calculated based on the actual weight of products in your order.

  • Free Shipping: May be available on orders above a certain value (check current promotions)
  • COD Charges: Cash on Delivery orders may incur additional charges

4. Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within:

  • Peak Seasons: Processing may take 2-3 business days during festivals or sale periods

Orders placed after 2:00 PM IST or on weekends/holidays will be processed on the next business day.

  • Other Locations: 4-7 business days
  • Remote Areas: 7-10 business days

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive:

  • Real-time tracking updates on our website (Track Order page)
  • Delivery notifications and updates

7. Delivery Attempts

Our courier partner will make delivery attempts as follows:

  • First Attempt: Primary delivery attempt at the provided address
  • Subsequent Attempts: Additional attempts may be made if the first attempt is unsuccessful
  • Failed Delivery: If delivery cannot be completed, the package will be returned to us, and you may be charged return shipping fees

Important: Please ensure someone is available to receive the package, or provide accurate delivery instructions.

8. Address Accuracy

To ensure timely delivery:

  • Please provide complete and accurate shipping address
  • Include landmark details if available
  • Ensure the pincode is correct
  • Provide a contact number that is reachable during delivery hours

9. Damaged or Lost Shipments

  • Damaged Package: Please refuse delivery and contact us immediately. We will arrange a replacement or refund.
